How It Works

Customer buys a digital product. We create the entitlement. They see it in their account. You control everything via API.

One-time purchase grants lifetime access. Courses, downloads, digital content that never expires.

Access expires after a set period. Subscriptions, seasonal content, trial periods.

A set number of uses before expiry. Credits, tokens, limited-use licenses.

Automatic entitlement creation from orders Shopify order webhook fires, entitlement is created instantly. Zero manual work.

Customer account portal "My Digital Products" section in the customer account. Status badges, access buttons, expiry dates.

Full REST API Create, read, update, check, revoke, suspend, and reactivate entitlements programmatically.

Outbound webhooks Get notified when entitlements are created, revoked, expired, suspended, or reactivated. HMAC-signed payloads.

Edge-cached entitlement checks Sub-millisecond "does this customer have access?" checks via CloudFront edge cache.

Automatic expiration handling Time-limited entitlements expire automatically. No cron jobs on your end.

GDPR-compliant data handling Full data request, customer redact, and shop redact webhook support out of the box.
